OUR STORY
How Canadian Vet Clinic started.
Canadian Vet Clinic opened its first practice on August 26, 2013, in Dubai. The founders, a group of veterinarians passionate about raising the standard of pet care in the UAE, wanted to build a clinic that treated animals the way the best international clinics did, but with the multilingual, multicultural care that Dubai actually needed.
In the years since, we have expanded to four locations: our original Al Wasl clinic in Dubai, two in Abu Dhabi (Khalidiya and Mena), and one in Sharjah. Each branch is led by senior veterinarians with specialties ranging from soft tissue surgery to exotic avian medicine, dermatology, and internal medicine.
Today, our team speaks six languages, has treated over 100,000 pets, and handles everything from puppy vaccinations to international pet relocation to 40+ countries. What hasn't changed: the reason we started. Pets are family. We treat them like it.
